water-base acylic adhesive glue

1. Description:

water-based acrylic glue is emulsion of acrylic, high adhesion for BOPP, with good flowing property and dry fast, it is suited for using by all kinds of coating machine, especially for winding bar coater. It is widely used for manufacturing BOPP packing tape and paper tape etc.

2. Capability:

Appearance: milky liquid

PH: 7.0-9.0

Adhesion: 60-100 mPa·S (NDJ-5, 2#12rpm @ 25 Centigrade)

Solids content: 55.0 ± 2.0%

3. Environmental Capability:

water-based acrylic glue does not append formaldehyde, benzene and heavy metal, meet the standard as follows:

1)    Meet EU EN71-3& USA ASTM F963 standard

2)    Meet EU & China ROHS & 16 items of phthalate standard.

3)    Meet EU 94/62/EC Packing Directive / CONGE packing material standard.

4. Properties:

• Initial adhesion (ball No.)≥ 16, adhesion ≥24 hours, peeling strength (N/25mm)≥6.0, three force balanced, it has excellent property of pressure sensitive.
• Good liquidity, suitable for high speed coating.
• It is stable under normal storage, does not become yellow and viscous, easy-using

5. Usage:

1)    Drying tunnel temperature must under circumstance of temperature 80~110Centigrade, make glue come out from drying tunnel showed transparent.

2)    It is easy to introduce impurities in storage time and using. Before using, it will be better filtrating by 40-60 mesh nylon.

3)    Not allow to mix with other glue or impregnant, if it is necessary, please test first.

4)    It had adjusted adhesion accord with arts and crafts manufacturing, if it is necessary, please diluted by cleaning water, but it will affect the time of dryness.

5)    The rest glue must be tightly sealed in order to prevent surface from skinning and caking. After using, the tools must be immersed by water as soon as possible.

6. Packing

Transported in tank car, or in plastic barrel, 200kg/barrel, 1000kg/barrel or use liquid bag to load in container.

7. Transportation and Storage:

This product belong to non-danger objective, accord with non-danger objective transportation rules, transportation under circumstance of anti-high temperature and anti-frozen.

Keep in cool and ventilated place, under circumstance of temperature 4-35 Centigrade, to avoid rainy, insolation and anti-frozen.6 months lifetime. If it passed lifetime, all the indexes must be re-examined to see whether it can be used. Without exceptional phenomenon, it still can be used.
